One Week Wonders? Week 6

Each week, players seem to come from nowhere for an outstanding performance. Sometimes they're new stars, or solid contributors who become important parts of their teams. Other times they fade back into obscurity whence they came. Telling the difference takes looking at their history, their talent level and discerning just how they achieved their breakthrough performance.

Week 6 saw some shocking game results, including the previously winless Rams beating up on the previously undefeated Raiders, and the Packers proving that they only need half of their defense to shut down the defending Super Bowl champs. More backup quarterbacks saw playing action as the position once again proved hazardous to your health. But some of these new signal-callers may get more opportunities starting next year.
