Seven make debuts in Top 25

As the season progresses and players either impress or disappoint, changes in my Big Board are inevitable. Such is the case this week, as seven new "board members" make their debuts while seven others drop out of my Top 25.

Washington State CB Marcus Trufant and Iowa State QB Seneca Wallace make the loftiest debuts, at Nos. 14 and 15, respectively. The other five newcomers to my Big Board, in order of appearance, are: Cincinnati DE Antwan Peek, Iowa OG Eric Steinbach, Penn State WR Bryant Johnson, Oregon State DT Eric Manning and Illinois OT Tony Pashos.

Meanwhile, Utah OT Jordan Gross continues his rise up the Big Board. In the previous Top 25 ranking, he jumped from No. 21 to No. 8 -- and now he's up to No. 4. Gross is an outstanding pro-style left tackle, with excellent pass-blocking skills. Left tackles are at a premium in the NFL.
