Brown the prototype at CB

I first saw my No. 18 prospect -- DB Tarell Brown (6-0, 180, 4.3) of North Mesquite, Texas -- a year ago when his coach, Steve Bragg, sent me highlight film of 2001 U.S. Army All-American LB Aaron Harris. Though I was primarily evaluating Harris at the time, Brown definitely got my attention as a dominant CB.
It's rare to find a defensive back with such a total package of size and talent. He's a true 6-footer, and that, combined with his flexibility, body control and outstanding recovery speed, make him the most coveted CB in the nation.
Tarell Brown has size and speed.
