NFL coaching changes: Will the Chargers accept Marty's methods?

Over the last five years, the San Diego Chargers have the worst combined record in the league, which prompted general manager John Butler after his first season with the club to fire head coach Mike Riley. Although the Chargers lost their final nine games of the 2001 season to once again finish in the basement of the AFC West, there is evidence that they are not that far from becoming a contender.
