Low-profile prospects eye draft

Mel Kiper Jr. looks at some intriguing lower-profile NFL prospects who could move up the draft board.

With the senior all-star games completed -- Saturday's Hula Bowl was the last one -- the next big draft-related event is the NFL combine. The combine is slated for Thursday, Feb. 28, through Monday, March 4.

After that, the individual workouts take place. So until Feb. 28, there's a bit of a lull in the draft process. It's an opportunity for prospects to recuperate from any bumps and bruises incurred during the all-star games and to prepare for the combine.

Let's take a look at some intriguing lower-profile prospects who could go early on the draft's second day or late on the first day. These prospects have a chance to move up the draft board as the April 20-21 draft approaches.
