Headed into the 2014 season there are a number of storylines to follow on the recruiting front. Here are 10 recruiting topics that are sure to have the full attention of fan bases from coast to coast.

1. The Florida Gators' 2014 season
There has not been a more important and impactful season for Florida on the recruiting front in many years. Coming off a 4-8 season, the hiring of offensive coordinator Kurt Roper and the subsequent scheme change, many prospects considering the Gators are taking a wait-and-see approach. A rebound season with a more appealing offense and security for the Florida staff, and the Gators are a good pick to finish with another top-10 recruiting class. With prospects such as No. 2 Byron Cowart, No. 3 Martez Ivey, No. 7 CeCe Jefferson, No. 10 George Campbell, No. 26 Roquan Smith, No. 41 Jeffery Holland and others waiting and watching, a turnaround is vital for the Gators' efforts.
