Understanding team chemistry in the NBA

Putting together a winning NBA team requires a lot of understanding about team chemistry. ESPN Insider Ric Bucher is joined by Eric Weiss and explains what efforts teams are making today in order to improve their chemistry. Weiss is the Director of Research and Analysis for Sports Aptitude, a company that profiles NBA prospects and works with the individual teams to improve productivity and efficiency.

Bucher wrote about Kevin Durant's success and Weiss echoes that the Thunder have truly figured out the team chemistry by bringing in a number of players with a mix of personality attributes that work together.
