The phone number was everywhere, handwritten on dozens of stickies throughout the Cavaliers' communications department: (216) 253-4062. If this number comes up on Caller ID, the notes warned, do not answer. But some calls from this number did get through. And when they did, the tirade on the other end was immediate and relentless. No pleasantries, just a barrage of criticisms and demands.

"We need to get rid of Sasha Pavlovic … "
