Unlike some of his quarterbacking brethren, Russell Wilson isn't a lock to post big numbers every week. But 19 points (in ESPN standard scoring) was a nice start to Week 7 for those who went with fantasy's No. 13 QB. On the other sideline, Larry Fitzgerald was active Thursday despite two bad wheels, and it sure looked like it. Just two catches for 17 yards doesn't exactly do a world of good for those who had the conviction to start him. Here's hoping you weren't among that group.
Let's have a look at some of the greatest hits from the week of fantasy football content at ESPN Insider.
Aaron Rodgers, QB, Green Bay Packers
The Packers' receiving corps took a big hit in Week 6, with Randall Cobb and James Jones succumbing to injuries. After those two exited the game, Rodgers focused much of his attention on Jordy Nelson and Jermichael Finley (9 of his 11 passes headed in their direction). Eric Karabell writes this week in Four Downs that the loss of Cobb and Jones will affect Rodgers' value but could make a star out of a player such as Jarrett Boykin, who moves up the depth chart.
