Well, Thursday night's game was just about as expected, with Eli Manning managing another few picks -- including a pick-six -- en route to another New York Giants loss.

What we didn't foresee was Brandon Jacobs busting out for a vintage performance, rushing for 106 yards and two touchdowns. His 22 points (in ESPN standard scoring) leads all of fantasy football right now heading into the rest of Week 6.


Top tips

Matt Schaub, QB, Houston Texans
Week 5 was another great opportunity to play the D/ST going against Schaub, as the 49ers picked up 19 points, good for second among D/STs in Week 5. And for those playing that game, the Rams are your defense for this week. But, according to Football Outsiders' matchup projections, Schaub is granted a plus-4 fantasy point rating, and Scott Kacsmar argues that he's a good start this week.
