Cutler can be a starter in fantasy

Five factors drive the Bears QB's value much higher than his draft position

In his seven seasons since taking over as the full-time starter in Denver in 2007, Jay Cutler has finished as a QB1 in fantasy football on just one occasion. So, given the seeming glut of QB1-caliber quarterbacks, a lot of fantasy owners might logically be viewing Cutler as no more than a QB2 option in their drafts.

However, there are actually a number of compelling factors that point toward this season having the potential to vault Cutler into high-end QB1 territory. Let's take a look.
