Fantasy Cheat Sheet: Week 13
A week's worth of advice to help you make your last-minute moves
It won't be just one Thursday game this week, there are three, so here's your casual reminder to go through and check your lineups quickly before the first round of backyard football on Thursday, making sure that any Packers, Lions, Cowboys, Raiders, Steelers or Ravens are meant to be active.
With the public service announcement out of the way, let's run through the greatest hits of the Insider fantasy football slate from this week:
Carson Palmer, QB, Arizona Cardinals
You may want to sit down, if you're not already doing so, because this may startle you. Carson Palmer -- the guy who was good for 17 fantasy points total in a three-game stretch earlier this season -- has four straight two-touchdown games, and has not thrown a pick in his past two. Points-wise, he's been at or over 20 in each of the past weeks, and has the Eagles on the docket this weekend. He's an unequivocal start on Sunday, yes? Maybe not. In "Four Downs" this week, Eric Karabell writes that it's too early to really start trusting Palmer.
