Each week, we help you improve your fantasy outlook by recommending the best players to add and drop. Here are some players you should consider who are probably available on your league's free-agent list, and others you should cut loose if you need to make extra room on your roster.

Maurice Morris, RB, Seahawks (Owned in 2.9 percent of ESPN leagues): He's obviously the top pickup of the week, so I'll offer some perspective here. Unless you are No. 1 in your league's waiver order or make a trade for that pick, Morris is going to someone else. Don't fret if you don't get him. Morris is nowhere near the running back Shaun Alexander is, and Seattle might throw the ball even more often now that Alexander is out. If you can snag Morris, don't think you have suddenly landed a must-start player, unless you are desperate for RB help. He won't be a regularly dependable fantasy player, because he doesn't run well in short space and won't be a consistent goal-line presence. But he's not a bad plug-in if you are scrambling for RB help.
