Jay Cutler, QB, Broncos (Owned in 3.0 percent of ESPN.com leagues): He finally gets the chance to start after an impressive preseason and the continued erratic play of Jake Plummer. Cutler is certainly worth adding, because he will be a star one day. He's confident and has an approach that he can make things happen, even against tough opposition. But as a rookie, that kind of mentality could lead to turnovers, and he has yet to show how his decision-making skills will hold up under pressure during the regular season. Starting any first-year quarterback is risky, as there will certainly be an on-field learning process, so don't expect immediate quality contributions from Cutler. But if you're desperate for QB help, take the shot.
