Welcome back to fantasy football therapy. It's good to see you again, and while I know you have some concerns, I'm here to help you work through them. Each week, I'll closely examine significant problems and issues that face your prominent players and plague your teams. I'll tackle these challenges and recommend strategies that can redirect you toward success.

ISSUE: Andre Johnson is not expected to play this week because of a knee injury.

OUTLOOK: With 42 points, Johnson is the second-leading scorer at wide receiver in ESPN Fantasy leagues after two games, so he's obviously going to be very difficult to replace. Your usual No. 2 receiver becomes your No. 1 guy, and there's now a hole in your lineup to fill, especially if you have to start more than two wide receivers. In most leagues of 12 of more teams, there aren't many attractive options in free agency. That doesn't mean, however, you can't find a good plug-in for just one game. Let's consider some possible free agents who could perform well this week.
