Welcome back to fantasy football therapy. I hope you and your teams are doing well. I am also sure there are some pressing issues on your mind, as fantasy football can sometimes cause stress. We'll work through those problems and keep you and your team on a path to success.

ISSUE: With Larry Johnson not expected to play this week and possibly longer, whom can I count on to replace him?

OUTLOOK: Some Johnson owners will have already worked the waiver wire well and stashed away recent pickups they can use now. Otherwise, the replacement options don't inspire much confidence. Priest Holmes should get the chance to see the most carries in Johnson's place, but Herm Edwards has already made it clear he doesn't expect the 34-year-old to shoulder a heavy load. Holmes has carried only seven times this season and was not durable even during his prime. He is expected to share carries with rookie Kolby Smith, who has yet to register a carry during the regular season in 2007.
