Engel's Rankings Update: Heeeeere's Carson

Here are my revised lineup rankings for Week 9. All changes are official as of Sunday, November 4, at 9 a.m. ET and reflect all the latest injury and lineup news, plus any other recent trends.

MOVING: Palmer should have one of his best games of the season against Buffalo; only Brady is a better start this week. Don't worry about Manning against the Pats. Big-time players show up in big-time games. Derek Anderson will have a very good game as long as the Browns can handle Seattle's blitzes. McCown takes over at quarterback for the Raiders, but you should use him only if you are absolutely desperate. Warner remains a risky option even though he is set to start again.
