Week 16: Fantasy Matchups
Minnesota at Green Bay: Chester Taylor could face some stacked defensive fronts, as the Packers try to load up against the running game and force rookie Tarvaris Jackson to throw. Jackson will operate conservatively and don't expect much from him statistically. Green Bay won't be able to establish Ahman Green, so the Packers will throw often. Brett Favre should be good for more than one TD pass and Donald Driver should roll past the 100-yard mark. Start and Smile: Brett Favre, Donald Driver. Watch and Worry: Ahman Green.
Kansas City at Oakland: This one is all about Larry Johnson, who will flourish as long as the Chiefs keep MLB Kirk Morrison out of the way. Johnson should have much success running outside and will be good for more than one TD run. Trent Green won't have to challenge the underrated Oakland secondary too often. When he does, he'll have to stick with TE Tony Gonzalez, because Eddie Kennison won't be able to handle the Raiders' press coverages. Raiders WR Ronald Curry could be shut down by CB Ty Law. Start and Smile: Tony Gonzalez. Watch and Worry: Trent Green, Eddie Kennison, Ronald Curry.
