Bad news for Kevin Jones? The Lions' Kevin Jones is a popular pick to have a major breakthrough year in 2005. But the loss of his lead blocker could be a minor detriment to his early-season success. Detroit fullback Cory Schlesinger is expected to miss 6-8 weeks with a fractured fibula. Schlesinger has long been regarded as a very good lead blocker, but he could be in decline overall while Jones appears to be on the rise.
