Nick, Burlington, Vt.: What do you think of starting LaMont Jordan at flex this week if I'm starting Kerry Collins at QB? Should I go with Willie Parker instead?

Engel: Parker is a nice starting option if you have an uncertain starter, but Jordan looks to be on the verge of a breakthrough season and should be a regular starter for you. Having two players on the same team can indeed be risky, but the Raiders do have the offensive potential to poke some holes in a New England defense that has undergone some notable changes.
