Engel: Week 4 Lineup Angles

Every week, I will share my personal selections and picks in ESPN.com's minigames, plus feature my lineups in prominent expert leagues that I am participating in this season. I'll explain the reasoning behind many of my choices, in an effort to assist you in making your own decisions or to explain why certain picks may seem risky or unusual.

GRIDIRON CHALLENGE

QB1: Tom Brady (Value: 7.2)
QB2: Matt Schaub (6.0)
RB1: Joseph Addai (Locked at 6.1)
RB2: Travis Henry (5.9)
WR1: Randy Moss (6.8)
WR2: Darrell Jackson (5.1)
TE: Owen Daniels (4.0)
K: Mason Crosby (4.1)
D/ST: Pittsburgh Steelers (Locked at 4.8) Total Team Value: (50.0)

ENGEL'S ANGLES: Players who I kept from last week are locked at their current values because I kept them in my lineup. I continue to lead my group with 403 points and a 98.1 percentage, but elected to make many changes rather than keep a lot of players locked in. I couldn't resist Brady going against the Bengals, so I cut Palmer, and I really like Schaub facing his former team even without a lack of ideal weaponry, so he replaced Roethlisberger. Henry steps in for Adrian Peterson, who I still like, but a little less against Green Bay. There's no way the Bengals can handle Randy Moss, so he replaced Chad Johnson. I love Jackson going against his former team, especially since he didn't leave on the best of terms. Daniels replaces Ben Watson, because I had to make a sacrifice somewhere to get Brady and Moss on my squad. That's also why Mason Crosby, a real revelation as a rookie, replaced Jeff Reed, possibly the best kicker in fantasy right now. Heck, though, they're just kickers.
