Answer Guys: Waiver wire moves

I have Matt Hasselbeck and JaMarcus Russell as my quarterbacks. Should I drop Russell for JT O'Sullivan and hope that he succeeds in the Mike Martz offense, or should I stay put? My other options are Matt Ryan, Tavaris Jackson, Joe Flacco or Kyle Orton, none of which I like.
