FBO Matchups: Time for Rusty Smith

Sunday presents one of the most bizarre fantasy matchups of the entire year. A rookie quarterback with virtually no career attempts, Rusty Smith, faces the league's worst pass defense. The Houston Texans have allowed opposing quarterbacks an average of 21.3 points per game, more than any NFL quarterback besides Michael Vick has averaged this season.

So can you pick up Smith and start him?
