It is an unfortunate but true statement: By this point in the season, losing fantasy owners stop putting in waiver claims. This ambivalence, though, can be one of the best friends of contending owners, as it means their chances are greatly improved to win claims on players who otherwise would not normally fall to them.
This is doubly true for waiver choices that are under the radar for various reasons, so this week's Pass Plays will place a heavy focus on fantasy options that fit that bill.
