Pass Plays: Week 5 waiver pickups

The theme for today's Pass Plays article is second chances. Just about every player on this list has been a viable fantasy waiver prospect for multiple weeks now, and yet their ownership numbers are still well below what their point totals should indicate. A likely explanation is that owners remain concerned that some of these guys might have been one-week wonders, but they have proved by now that isn't the case.
