Pass Plays: Week 12 pickups

The valuable WRs at the bottom of the barrel can help you win your league.

The old saying that the NFL season is a marathon rather than a sprint also applies to fantasy football. A team that was set up perfectly for early-season and midseason success might be in a tough way right now because of injuries (owners of Arizona wide receivers) or slumps (owners of Tony Romo or Miles Austin). While it isn't a good idea to give up on those potentially dominant fantasy performers, it is always a smart move to have as many quality backup options as possible, so that is what this week's Pass Plays article will focus on.

Pierre Garcon, Indianapolis, available in 68.2 percent of ESPN leagues

I've covered Garcon in numerous earlier PP articles, so I'll say only that any Indianapolis wideout coming off consecutive double-digit games and heading into contests against the Houston Texans and Tennessee Titans should not be available in more than two-thirds of ESPN leagues. What's it gonna take to get this guy's ownership to skyrocket?
