The Scout Team: Coping with loss
Sometimes it's hard to say goodbye to a high draft pick. But it's a necessary rite.
My emotions are killing me.
Bear with me here. I know you've clicked on this column for Fantasy Scout's universe-altering tips, and we'll get to those soon enough. But first I've got to unload about Greg Olsen (the two things are actually related). As you might have noticed, everyone's favorite breakout dreamboat has 33 yards and zero touchdowns through two weeks. Marcedes Lewis has more fantasy points than Olsen does. Robert Royal has more fantasy points than Olsen does. Shawn Nelson, Dante Rosario and Derek Schouman have more fantasy points than Olsen does. Thirty tight ends have more fantasy points than the soul-sucking, spirit-sapping, mood-mauling, hope-huffing Greg Olsen.
To learn about how sunk costs can kill your team and find out which players Fantasy Scout thinks you should drop -- and get some strong replacement options -- you must be an ESPN Insider.
