Quarterback: In his first full season as a starter, Philip Rivers instantly became a quality fantasy passer. He manages the offense well for the Chargers and makes good decisions while keeping his turnovers down. Rivers is confident and has a promising corps of receivers, so his numbers likely will improve a bit in 2007, as he delivers more impressive statistical performances than he did last year.
