We continue our team-by-team offseason fantasy outlooks in the AFC South. We'll examine every squad from the offensive side of the ball as we begin to prepare for the 2007 season.

Quarterback: It's no secret that the David Carr era could be over in Houston. Before Jake Plummer was traded to Tampa Bay, it was widely reported that the Texans were interested in acquiring the ex-Bronco, and if Plummer decides not to retire, he could still possibly be acquired. If Carr is moved, he would likely benefit from a departure from Houston. He has never been surrounded by enough talent and could still blossom into a pretty good fantasy QB with another team.
