Engel: NFC North Offseason Fantasy Outlook

We continue our team-by-team offseason fantasy outlooks in the NFC North. We'll examine every squad from the offensive side of the ball as we begin to prepare for the 2007 season. Chicago Quarterback: We never seemed to know which Rex Grossman would show up every week, and that will likely be the case again in 2007. Grossman is simply too darn streaky and unpredictable and he's a risky start every time you put him into your lineup. He might have some good numerical weeks, but Grossman can be very frustrating from the fantasy perspective, because he could play badly in any given game, regardless of matchup. Grossman could drive you crazy, and you'd be better off mentally by steering clear of him next season.
