Here's our in-depth previews of all the Wild Card weekend games from a fantasy perspective. We tell you who to start and sit if you're participating in an NFL playoff league.
Washington at Tampa Bay: These two teams combined for 71 points when they clashed during the regular season on November 13. So there is a lot of potential for good fantasy numbers from both sides.
In that game, the Redskins held Carnell Williams to just 20 yards on just 10 carries, and certainly will be focused on containing him again while forcing Chris Simms to carry the offense in his first NFL playoff start. Such an approach could backfire on the Redskins, as Simms threw for a career-high three TDs against Washington in the aforementioned matchup. Simms is a quality fantasy sleeper selection to post at least solid numbers in the first round. He will be without injured WR Michael Clayton, but he can depend on veteran WR Ike Hilliard and improving rookie TE Alex Smith on important downs.
