Every week, we take an in-depth look at the three major fantasy football skill positions. On Mondays, we discuss quarterbacks. Look for running backs Wednesdays and wide receivers Thursdays. Mike McMahon threw for one TD and ran for another on Sunday. If you're a fantasy owner desperate for QB help, consider picking up McMahon. It looks as though he might hang on to the Eagles' starting job for a few more weeks. Donovan McNabb will undergo surgery on a sports hernia and is expected to miss the rest of the season. It's a major blow to fantasy owners, as McNabb was picked in the second round of many fantasy drafts this year. He ranked 15th overall in ESPN.com average live draft results for 2005. In most ESPN.com drafts, he was the third overall QB selected, with an average draft position of 16.2 overall.
