Bye Weeks: Cincinnati, New Orleans, San Diego and Tennessee.
New England at Miami: QB Tom Brady has averaged 192.3 passing yards with 10 touchdowns and eight interceptions in his last six games against the Dolphins, whose secondary ranks 14th (195.2 ypg). Miami has gone 38 straight games without allowing a 300-yard passer, and has allowed just three touchdown passes in its last five games. Brady is still a smart enough quarterback to be a useful fantasy option, but this isn't exactly a great matchup. ... RB Corey Dillon has averaged 108.3 rushing yards with two touchdowns in three career games against the Dolphins. Miami has allowed 122.4 rushing yards per game with six touchdowns in its last five games, so keep Dillon in your lineup so long as he's healthy. ... WR Chris Chambers has 22 receptions for 356 yards and three touchdowns in his last six games, and he has scored a touchdown in two of his last three home games against the Patriots. New England's secondary has really struggled this season, ranking 27th (242.0 ypg), making Chambers a strong No. 3 option.
Minnesota at N.Y. Giants: Though RB Michael Bennett managed a career-high 167 rushing yards against the Giants in Week 10 of the 2002 season, this New York rush defense is a better unit than that one. The Giants have held opposing runners to just 90 yards with no touchdowns in 35 attempts (2.6 average) in their last two games; in only two of eight games all year have they allowed a 50-yard rusher. Even if Bennett gets the majority of the carries, don't expect big things. ... RB Tiki Barber has averaged 128.3 scrimmage yards with five touchdowns in his last four games against the Vikings, whose rush defense ranks 26th (127.6 ypg). He has averaged 127.2 scrimmage yards with three scores in his last three contests, and is still a useful No. 2 option despite the presence of RB Brandon Jacobs to vulture goal-line carries. ... TE Jeremy Shockey has caught a touchdown pass in four of his last five games, and he's on pace for 1,060 receiving yards and 10 TDs for the season. Considering he'll be facing the Vikings, who have allowed the most touchdowns to tight ends (9), Shockey should be in for a big game.
