Other projected lottery picks, such as Jabari Parker, Julius Randle and Aaron Gordon, are likely to follow suit, though their decisions have yet to be made official. From a fantasy perspective, let's assume that all three do declare for the draft, making the lottery as loaded as it has been in years.

It may be impossible to project how any of these players will do without yet knowing which team they'll play for, but we can take an educated guess as to which will have a chance to see the floor and play a meaningful role as a rookie.
