Actor Matthew Modine has appeared in more than 40 films. His roles in "Vision Quest" and "Full Metal Jacket" remain two of his most memorable works to this day. Currently, Modine is starring in Arthur Miller's "Resurrection Blues" at the legendary Old Vic theatre in London. On March 29, he will appear in the pilot episode of "The Bedford Diaries," a WB television drama about New York City college students.
Modine is also an accomplished writer, director and photographer. Yet he always makes time for one of his greatest passions, pro basketball. Modine is a diehard New York Knicks fan. And for the first time, he's also a fantasy basketball player. Unfortunately, like his beloved Knicks, Modine is suffering through a losing season. But Modine is having fun as a member of the NBA Cares Celebrity Fantasy League, and he's already looking forward to next season.
