Former NBA standout Kenny Smith has always been known as a big winner. He was a key member of two NBA championship teams with the Houston Rockets in the 1990s. Smith has won a Sports Emmy Award for his work as an analyst on TNT's "Inside the NBA".
In nine NBA seasons, "The Jet" played for the Pistons, Rockets, Kings and Hawks. He is Houston's all-time leader in 3-point field percentage (.407), and he averaged 12.8 points per game for his career. His clutch 3-pointer in Game 1 of the 1995 NBA Finals is one of the most memorable moments in league history. But in his first season as a fantasy basketball owner, Smith has dealt with the unfamiliar feeling of losing. Smith has won just one of his 19 games (a Week 2 victory over WNBA star Diana Taurasi) in the NBA Cares Celebrity Fantasy League.
