Fantasy Forecaster: Will be Red Hot
Minnesota Twins: 3 @ TEX; 3 vs. TOR. Torii Hunter drilled a grand slam last Friday and stole a base, too, and could be in the middle of making himself some pretty decent scratch next year. The Twinkles are running again in '07 (six players have three steals or more), and hitting against a wide variety of Kameron Loes, Robinson Tejedas, Jesse Litsches and Undecideds should make this a productive multi-category week.
Cincinnati Reds: 4 vs. WAS; 3 vs. PIT. Getting seven games in their own bandbox is sweet, and having four of them against the Nats is borderline saccharine. They'll miss the immortal Micah Bowie, alas, alas, but they'll hit against Levale Speigner, Matt Chico, Jason Simontacchi and a pitcher-to-be-named-later. And they'll miss both Ian Snell and Tom Gorzelanny when the Pirates come calling. The only warning sign here is the Reds get at least three lefties pitching against them, and southpaws are notoriously tough on some of Cincy's bigger hitters.
