Don't Roll the "Dais"
On Friday, Daisuke Matsuzaka makes his return from the disabled list and will open up Boston's interleague play against the Mets. The Red Sox starter loves to nibble around the plate instead of giving batters pitches to hit, but that style doesn't bode well against the Metropolitans. The Mets' low 22 percent chase percentage indicates that their hitters won't be amused by Matsuzaka's tactics. Their patient approach and powerful lineup should deter his owners from starting him just yet. Also, don't forget he's dueling Johan Santana.
