If You're Hardcore: Sorting out the Indians' bullpen

Rafael Betancourt is struggling, a few other Indians relievers are pitching well, and Joe Borowski is set to return from a triceps injury in about a week. The Cleveland bullpen is about to officially become a mess.
Manager Eric Wedge has consistently hinted that Borowski will resume closing duties when activated, but a committee approach is more likely in the immediate future. Beyond that, there are more questions than answers.
Will the cream rise to the top? Can Betancourt fend off a challenge and retain the job, or will the veteran Borowski reclaim the mantel? Six other Cleveland relievers have finished games this year. Are any of them in the mix? Who is the cream anyway?
