You know the feeling. Your mouth is dry. Your hands are clammy. You're having trouble breathing. You just lost one of your key players for a significant chunk of the season, and the injury is causing you almost as much pain as it's causing him. It's OK. We're here to help. Here's a 12-step program to help any fantasy owner through this kind of crisis. Step 1: Admit you have a problem. He's gone, and he's not coming back anytime soon. Maybe he was your staff ace, a top-notch source of steals or a really good power bat. His loss will hurt your team. But that's OK, because there are ways out of this mess.
