Tristan H. Cockcroft: Good morning everyone! Let's get to those fantasy baseball questions of yours... Howard (Omaha, NE.): Good morning. Under/Over: Mike Piazza is a seventh round pick in a 10-team fantasy league next season. Tristan H. Cockcroft: Under. A 61st-70th ranked player overall? Not a chance. Granted, I'll admit that Piazza's value gets a bit of a boost with the move to the American League, where he can serve as a designated hitter while qualifying at catcher for fantasy, but that doesn't mean I expect a return to his past .300-30-100 form. He's simply a little less at risk to get hurt. Let's say he could boost last year's numbers to .280-25-90 marks in Oakland, which I'd say are valuable closer to the 10th round. Not too much sooner.
