Douglas (Baltimore, MD): After a brutal first outing, but a rebound-like second outing, should we start Garza today vs. Baltimore?

Eric Karabell: I'm guessing Garza's first outing was more of an aberration. He's young and inexperienced, so don't expect monster stats all the time, but he should only get better. I have him in a few leagues and I have him active today.
