Tristan H. Cockcroft: Good morning everyone! Let's get right to your questions...
Zach (NYC): With the Fausto Carmona experiment not going particularly well (to say the least), will we get to see Fernando Cabrera get a chance to close some games by the end of the year? He couldn't be worse than Carmona...
Tristan H. Cockcroft: That IS to say the least ... The Indians currently plan to stick with Carmona, not condemning him based on two blown saves in Boston, but I've watched the guy enough to know he has a live arm but not much command. He really can't hit his spots yet. It might be better for his development that he works in a less-pressure situation, though if Cleveland finally makes that move, I'm not convinced it'll be Cabrera who gets the first chance. I think it'd be Rafael Betancourt, the team's best reliever lately. Cabrera has sleeper potential, but it seems his chance might not truly come until next year.
