Goose (Chicago): Daniel Cabrera seems to be getting a good deal of buzz this offseason with Mazzone coming to Baltimore...is he capable of 15 wins and 200 Ks this year provided he stays healthy? He was pretty close to a 1:1 IP:K ratio last season.
