A daily glance inside the numbers from the world of sports:
• LeBron James had 32 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists in his first career postseason game. He's only the third player in NBA history to record a triple-double in his first playoff game, joining Magic Johnson (13 points, 12 rebounds 16 assists on April 8, 1980) and Johnny McCarthy (13 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists for the St. Louis Hawks on March 16, 1960). McCarthy, any hoops fan would have guessed him immediately, but who's that Johnson guy?
