• With Tuesday night's 102-87 defeat in Dallas, the Lakers have now lost four straight games by at least 10 points. It's the first time they've done that in more than 30 years, since a four-game streak of double-digit losses in February 1975. Lakers coach Bill Sharman used seven different starters over those four games in 1975: Happy Hairston, Gail Goodrich, Lucius Allen, Cazzie Russell, Elmore Smith, Brian Winters and Zelmo Beaty.

• Dallas held Kobe Bryant to 24 points, ending Kobe's streak of 19 consecutive games with at least 25 points. In the last 15 NBA seasons, only two other players have had streaks of at least that length: Allen Iverson (27 straight games with 25 or more points in the 2000-01 season) and Tracy McGrady (20 straight in 2002-03).
