A daily glance inside the numbers from the world of sports:
• The Ravens defeated the Packers 48-3 on Monday Night Football. Earlier this season, the Packers beat the Saints 52-3. Green Bay is the seventh team in NFL history, and the first since the 1988 Saints, to win and lose games by at least 40 points in the same season. • Baltimore scored two touchdowns in the first quarter, ending a streak of 111 regular-season games in which they did not score more than one touchdown in the first quarter. Only two teams in NFL history have had streaks of that length: The Steelers had a 164-game streak from 1935-51 and the Oilers had a 144-game streak from 1976-85.
