• Allen Iverson scored 24 points on Monday night -- all in the first half -- in Philadelphia's 103-91 win over the Hornets. That's the most points scored by an NBA player without any after halftime since ... well, since Sunday night, when Peja Stojakovic had 25. But over the past five years, only two other players scored 24-plus points in the first half and none afterward: Steve Francis (27 on Jan. 10, 2002) and Desmond Mason (27 on April 14, 2004).
