The man who will be the NFL and fantasy rookie of the year is currently a little banged up, dealing with a lower leg injury after leaving Sunday's game a bit early. But I have full confidence Marshawn Lynch will return this week and continue his terrific season.
What? Where's Adrian Peterson? Have you lost your mind?
I think the AD that is Peterson's nickname, for All Day, might need to be changed to All Done. While the torn ligament in Peterson's right knee is not regarded initially as a season-ender, it's a bit misleading for fantasy owners at this point. We're approaching Week 11, people. For most of you the playoffs commence in Weeks 13 or 14, and let me make this clear, I don't under any circumstances predict Peterson will be back by then. The initial reports are 2-4 weeks. I'll say it's a month before we even discuss him.
