The buzzword around the league entering Week 3? That's easy: Positive energy.

It's like everyone is reading from a Tony Robbins book. For 0-2 or 1-1 teams, for the teams that have watched August optimism get replaced by September reality, there's only one thing to do, right? Stay positive!

In San Diego, headlines read "LT says he hasn't lost his optimism," even after the reigning MVP is tied for 39th in rushing. In Kansas City, tight end Tony Gonzalez doesn't want to "rock the boat" even though the Chiefs have scored 13 points so far. In New York, linebacker Antonio Pierce, whose defense has given up 80 points, was abnormally testy when questioned about topics he deemed too negative. His solution? Positive support: "We're asking the media and fans, if you all know how, to help out the Giants' defense," he told reporters the other day. "We would appreciate it."
